My Best Resources
The resources I use as a Founder, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor & Breath Coach to stay on top of everything and maintain my overall wellbeing.
I’ve done all the legwork (so to speak) in terms of testing so you don’t have to!

Canva
Canva is a free-to-use online graphic design tool. Use it to create social media posts, presentations, posters, videos, logos and more. It’s what I use for all of my graphics, presentation, profile photos, YouTube thumbnails – you name it canva does it!
Coolors
Generate a colour scheme with quickness! If you are unsure of what colours to use for your brand, coolors is an amazing tool to support you to find the ones that gel and align with your vision. I found coolors years ago and it’s something I have utlised over the years.
FloDesk
I absolutely adore FloDesk!! Design emails that people love to get with simple and intuitive email marketing that brings your brand to life. I have to admit that FloDesk is a big investment (I locked in when it was on offer), but it’s worth it. Everything just flows, the user interface is beautiful and it’s pretty easy to use. Before using FloDesk I used MailChimp and Kit (formerly ConvertKit) back in the day. For transparency, if you sign up via my link, you will get 50% off your first year of Flodesk and I will receive $19 when you join.
Liinks
Liinks is my preferred tool to centralise my online presence. Easy to use and I love the customisation options so I can ensure everything is aligned with my brand. You can see mine here. Again for transparency, if you use my link I will 50% on the first 6 payments made by users who sign up via my link and upgrade to a paid plan.
Pexels
Simply put, Pexel is where you can get free stock photos & videos you can use everywhere. Browse millions of high-quality royalty free stock images & copyright free pictures.
Unsplash
Another option to Pexel. Beautiful, free images and photos that you can download and use for any project. Better than any royalty free or stock photos.
Google Workspace
Google Workspace smoothly integrates the business solutions that you and your team (if applicable) needs in one place. I am big on streamlining and Google Workspace allows me to do just that. From Gmail, to Calendars, Meet, Drive and so much more it makes organising and planning a breeze!. There is also an individual plan option.
Monday
Made for work, designed to love! Notion is a front runner for creators and entrepreneurs, but I just didn’t gel with the platform. Something about the user interface… So I use Monday which keeps me super organised when it comes to managing my social media posts, campaigns, things I need to do such as admin tasks and so much more. I have also used Asana and ClickUp (before moving to Monday) in the past which may be ones you want to check out to see what option is best for you.
TidyCal
TidyCal is a simple calendar management and booking solution that is user friendly and does more or less everything Calendly does (if not more). I use it for focus groups, 1:1s, private sessions and any events I hold. It’s currently $39 (one-time purchase) which is a bargain in my opinion so well worth locking into now.

We Transfer
The simple, quick and secure way to send your files around the world with or without an account. I use WeTransfer to share files that are too large to be attached to an email. You can also send photos, and videos – all for free!
Dropbox Sign
Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) is the easiest way to send, receive and manage legally binding electronic signatures. I have an old account from when it was first created so it’s free. However, they do offer a 30 Day Trial and the pricing is reasonable. As outlined, I have a paid plan for Google Workspace so if that is something you decide to sign up for it includes eSignatures.
Chat GPT
If you are not using AI, you are not making the best use of your time. ChatGPT saves me so much time by helping me to refine my messaging of things I want to share and more. To get the most from AI, you need to train it by using the right prompts (do a Google search) and I highly recommend using the customise section where you can add instructions and how you want it to respond to you.
Loom
I’m a huge fan of Loom. It supports me with easily recording and sharing video messages with freelancers, my coach and audience, supercharging my productivity. You access Loom on a paid and free plan – I tend to switch between the two depending on my needs.
Notta
I use Notta to transcribe, edit and summarise my recordings so they are more accessible. Whether it be voice notes to people on my mailing list, podcast episodes, transcripts of videos for my manufacturer – Notta makes the process a breeze! If you use my link you will get a 10% discount to use on your first subscription payment (valid for the first year only), and I will receive 20% of your first payment as a reward.
Boombox
Mainly used by musicians, but I use it to share and store insider only voice messages. It offers secure, fast cloud storage that is accessible on a free or paid plan which are super reasonable.
Edits
So I used to use CapCut, but those terms of service?! Edits is now my go-to! With easy ways to track your ideas, powerful editing tools and actionable insights, it has all of the tools you need to support your creation process in one place.
LinkTwin
Skip in-app browsers with special links that boost engagement and conversions. You can track clicks, customise previews, add retargeting, and more – all in one easy to use tool. This is what I use for all of my YouTube and Podcast links when sharing in Instagram stories and via Liinks.
TubeBuddy
TubeBuddy exists so that YouTube creators succeed and it’s what I use to research, analyse and compare relevant videos. I also use it for all of my video titles to ensure they are SEO friendly.
Epidemic Sound
An amazing royalty free music platform I use for my YouTube videos. There are so many different genres of music to choose from and you can be safe knowing that your content isn’t going to be flagged or taken down.
Fiverr
I freaking love Fivver! It’s where I have found people to do podcast artwork covers, graphic design work, video and podcast editing (mostly quick jobs). Logo designing and so much more. If you join using my link, they’ll get 10% off your first order. Once you complete your order, I will get 10% of your purchase in Fiverr Credits to use on my next order.
Please feel free to reach out to me if you are looking for freelancer recommendations.
Upwork
With Upwork you can find, hire, and pay skilled freelancers, all in one place. I tend to use it for people I want to work with on a long-term basis. For example, I have someone I work with for general admin support which is an absolute timesaver! Delegating in business is essential and should not be viewed as a cost, but instead an investment.
WP Engine
There are tons of website hosting services out there, but WP Engine is my preferred provider. The customer service and features are excellent and I never feel like I have to figure things out by myself as there is always someone there to guide and support me.
TinyPNG
To ensure I’m not taking up unnecessary space on my website, this is what I used to compress photos without you losing quality.
Free Converter
Video compressor tool to reduce video file size if a platform states a video is too large to upload. No account needed and ease to use.
Xero
Xero is software for small businesses that connects you to your bank, accountant, bookkeeper, and other business apps. I used to use excel sheets, but Xero has streamlined my accounting process and saves me time. Plus they have a mobile app which is always a win!
YouVersion Bible App
When I wake up in the morning I say “good morning Jesus, good morning Father God, good morning angels, good morning guardian angel” and I go to my Bible App. My faith has strengthened over time and taking time each day in God’s word is a priority for me as it keeps. Are there days when I open it later or have fallen off track? Yes for sure, but the beauty of falling off a bike is you can always get back on.
Abide
I found Abide in 2024 and I absolutely love it. There are daily mornings with Jesus, daily mediations based on God’s word and sleep stories. It compliments Calm (see below that I also use) as it helps me build my connection and faith with ease.
Calm
Calm is the number one meditation app and I love it because it has so many different options to support general mental maintenance. Alan Sklar is my fave for sleep stories and my fave sleep story is Beauty & The Beast. Calm debunks the myth that mediation needs to be long sessions and with sound. It can simply be sitting silently for a minute.
Flo
Flo is the app I use to track my periods and keep on top of any changes or patterns, but it’s so much more than that. Inside the app you can find useful insights via articles from doctors, and chats based on a wide range of topics and vulnerable shares from other users.
iBreathe – Relax and Breath
This is the app I use to improve my breathing and maintain my breath practice as a breath coach. It allows me to add my own session so I can choose what I need, when I need it.
NutraCheck
Tracking calories is not for everyone, but for me it’s super important to understand my daily intake to ensure I’m nourishing my body with the right nutrients on a daily basis. If you are in the UK, Nutracheck is incredible because you can add foods from the places you shop from on a regular basis with ease and also when you eat out. You can also add meals manually, create your own and so much more.
Waterlogged
I aim for 1.5 litres of water per day. All you will find in my fridge is filtered water, plantbased milks and coconut water. It took me a long time to get to this point as trust me, my water intake used to be super poor. Most mornings I will have a litre of warm water with lemon and then 500 ml with my fave electrolytes from Healf.
Awesome Habits
Do you remember the last time you wanted to achieve something? You may have started strong, but after some time, maybe you lost motivation. I have tried a lot of habit tracking apps, but this one is the BEST for building good habits, but also breaking bad ones. Small and easy changes will compound into remarkable results. With this app, you will get better every day and achieve the kind of success that lasts.
Mimoglow
So I am a self confessed skincare junkie and with Mimoglow, I have a skincare routine for each day (morning and night) with all of my favourite products. Investing in my skin in essential and using the app also helps me to switch things up when I may not see the same results I used to.
