As a Yoga Teacher and Pilates Instructor, my focus is to teach and facilitate your practice so you can feel, explore and connect with YOUR body. Through this I help you get consistent with yoga and pilates (yogalates), and infuse them into your everyday life, so you can cultivate self-confidence and feel comfortable and empowered in your own skin.
Through dynamic and playful movement, breathework, mindfulness, and a healthy lifestyle, my mission is to help you embrace all of who you are (unique quirks and all) to spice up your yogalates journey!
