As your Yoga Teacher and Pilates Instructor, I’m here to facilitate your practice, so you can feel, explore and connect with YOUR body (and mind). Through this, I help you to become fitter, more confident and comfortable in your own skin and deeply connected to your authentic self.

Through dynamic and playful movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and a healthy lifestyle, embrace all of who you are (unique quirks and all) and spice up your fitness journey!
