Shipping information

Orders can only be shipped within the UK. Unfortunately, international shipping is not an option at this time.

    • All orders are charged in British Pounds (GBP).

    • Shipping durations are estimated and not guaranteed delivery speeds.

    • Shipping costs depend on order weight. Large and/or orders with multiple items may increase the shipping fee shown.

    • Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges.

    • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING EMAILS

    • You will receive a Payment Receipt Email once your order has been submitted. Please ensure you check all incoming mail folders in case your email gets trapped elsewhere (like the pesky spam box)!

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display online by the shipping provider.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

    • If you refuse delivery of an order you’ve placed, it will be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Q. Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

A. Unfortunately this is not a service offered.

Q. Can I track the delivery of my order?

A. Yes of course as it’s important you can follow the journey! When you receive your Shipping Confirmation Email, simply follow the tracking link in the email to view the up-to-date tracking.
If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, please wait until your estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered. Your tracking updates may be delayed, but it should update soon.

Q. Can I have my order delivered to my work address?

A. Yes for sure. Your order can be delivered to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place, not the person. Therefore, I’m not responsible for any lost packages and cannot refund the cost of any product purchased, or shipping fees.

Q. What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

A. Sometimes there are multiple delivery attempts and you can change/update via the tracking details you receive.
