What size is the notebook?
A. The notebook is A5 (15×21 cm)
Q. What type of paper do you use?
A. Quality 100 gsm that is super smooth and easy to write on!
Q. Can I personalise my notebook?
A. Sadly I’m not able to offer customisation at this time.
Q. Is there a digital version of the notebook?
A. The notebook is only available in a physical form.
Q. Where do you ship from?
A. London, United Kingdom.
Q. Can I change my address once my order is confirmed?
A. If you need to make any changes to your order, including your shipping address, please email as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched no changes can be made.
Q. I tried to place an order but there was an error and it didn’t go through. I notice money has been deducted from my bank account however. Can you confirm whether my order has gone through?
A. If you didn’t see the payment confirmation page or receive a payment receipt email, your order hasn’t gone through. No money will have been deducted from your bank account, rather you may see a pending charge that will drop in 1 – 2 days.
Q. My order arrived damaged, can you help?
A. Every order is checked and carefully packaged before shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please email email@example.com with photos showing the damage so it can be investigated.
