Mental strength is often associated with the physical, but it’s so much more than that. The mind is truly powerful and when you build your mental strength, it has the ability to support your personal growth and success. Who doesn’t want some of that?!

Our self-talk has the ability to shape and define our future. When we place our mental energy on things that negatively impact our mental strength instead of supporting it, it becomes a mind cycle. One that we have to work hard to release ourselves from. I share in this video how you can do that and what to be mindful of.
