In life rocks and stones will be thrown our way and we have to develop mental toughness to overcome, and get through the difficult times.
Now there are so many ways we can build our mental toughness to support us throughout life, but I can only speak from my personal experience and how I’ve developed mental toughness over the years (and still am)!
I want to share one example with you. When we understand and own our inner power, we have an awareness that we are ultimately responsible and accountable for our actions and the situations we face in life. There is no one to blame because what we allow to enter our lives is a choice. Now to be clear, I’m referring to the things we have control over, not the things we don’t.
