I decided to create this episode following on from a conversation I had with my sister about the online marketing tools we use within our businesses, but the conversation was focused on customer service and actually feeling valued as a customer, instead of just another number. It’s those companies who know how to create real customer loyalty.
There is so much we can learn from bigger companies out there, and those we ourselves are customers of in terms of how they keep there customers loyal and engaged, which got me thinking… do the people I serve feel valued or just a number?
