Want to know how to dominate your goals? Setting and achieving goals is not just something for the new year, it’s an evergreen topic and something that we do on a continuous basis. Once one goal is achieved, we tend to move onto the next, and then the next…. In order to do this, you have to know how to dominate your goals.
Personally I set 90 day goals, which means I look at each year as a whole, but I break things down per quarter, and I work from one quarter to the next based on what I want to achieve for a full 12 months. Some people choose to go way beyond that which is perfectly fine. However, that doesn’t work for me because things shift, change and evolve on a regular basis so I prefer to keep things as fresh as possible.
In this episode I share seven tips on how to dominate your goals in a way that is actionable, obtainable and will lead to results. This includes a two step process to set goals with clarity, and how to measure goals set.
