In this episode, I share a meditation for visualising your abundant future.
I’ve been spending more time this year dedicating 15 to 20 mins of my daily meditation practice to visualising my abundant future. Placing attention and focus on the things I desire. As I see the images in my mind and feel myself in that time and space, I bring myself to that place of believing I have it now and seeing it as done. It’s like creating a movie that will become my reality and I’m the director and the star.
You might think, isn’t that just make believe Danielle? No, the process of visualisation is so much more. The subconscious of our brain doesn’t know that the movie we are playing in our mind is only taking place in our imagination. It watches the movie we create and accepts it’s happening in the moment. Let me take you through this 5 minute meditation for visualising your abundant future.
