I created this five minute guided meditation to make you feel at peace and what’s beautiful about it is, you can sit and meditate with me from the comfort of your own home!

There are two different schools of thought when it comes to peace. On the one hand there is a moment of peace which is fleeting and on the other, there is living with peace of mind which is something that is consistent and forms part of your everyday life.

That peace of mind is derived from within and being present in the moment. It’s not something you can get from things or people, and meditating helps with developing a peace driven state of mind.
