I created this five minute guided meditation because sometimes we can focus on loving everyone else and forget to take that time to show ourselves love.
Get ready to meditate and enjoy this meditation for self-love. Unplug from all distractions, grab a blanket or duvet as you’ll need this for the end of your practice, light a scented candle and maybe turn off the lights.
